UW BASEBALL FAN EXPERIENCE CONSULTING PROGRAM

As University of Washington entered its second season at the renovated Husky Ballpark, we continued our relationship with Husky Athletics to enhance the baseball fan experience.  In addition to working with the athletic department on developing gameday elements and capturing video content for use on the ballpark's outfield video board, the focus extended to visiting a few of the top collegiate baseball programs in the country to identify best practices and customize them to best fit the UW experience.

Fan Experience & Sports Production Consulting Program

Husky Stadium | Alaska Airlines Arena | Seattle, WA | 2012-2013

The University of Washington made major upgrades to Husky Stadium and Alaska Airlines Arena and took this opportunity to re-evaluate their game day experience.  We guided the UW step-by-step through an 18-month process to ensure that the fans, future fans, athletes, recruits and donors are receiving full value for their investment with the Athletics Department.  The program began with a restructure of their staffing setup to meet the new technology demands, along with defining a clear direction on what the UW brand stood for.  We then assisted them to understand the full scope of their in-game inventory and how to effectively integrate sponsors.  The final stages of the program included guidance through the execution via staff training, scripting, rehearsals and establishing traditions that would define Husky Athletics for generations.
