Alicia joined the 3 Point Productions team full-time in December 2023 after many years of contracting with the company on a wide range of events, including basketball, rugby, soccer and more.

Alicia started her career in sports entertainment as a marketing intern with the Seattle SuperSonics in their final year in Seattle. She was the Manager of Fan Experience and Game Operations for the Seattle Storm, producing all in-arena entertainment and community events. Alicia has also worked in various control room positions at KeyArena and Climate Pledge Arena, activating at concerts, Kraken games, and other events. Most recently, Alicia has been working in corporate event production, including large-scale event management and keynote stage production.

She is a Pacific Northwest native, growing up in Edmonds, WA, and graduating from the University of Washington.
